Fort Health – Lead clinical operations with a focus on data-driven strategic decisions. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance clinical services and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, I help shape business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. I define and track key performance metrics—such as patient satisfaction, clinician efficiency, and sessions delivered—to assess progress and drive improvements. I also collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, and legal teams to streamline and optimize financial performance.
Zero Overdose – As Director of Program Implementation, ensured timely delivery of grants and project milestones at a national nonprofit working to end unintentional drug overdose. Coordinated efforts across clinical, data, and operational teams.
Paving the Way (DC MAP Program) – Oversaw data governance and reporting to district and federal agencies for this HRSA/DoH/DBH-funded child psychiatry access initiative. Reported directly to the CEO, advised on strategies to improve program utilization, and drove measurable improvements in KPIs such as referral volume and provider engagement.
Pair Team – Led a growing care team of RNs, LCSWs, APRNs, and CHWs in Imperial County, CA, scaling from <15 to 30+ staff in 6 months. Collaborated with product to enhance workflows in Pair Team’s proprietary care platform and used data tools to inform key growth decisions.
Jimini Health – Designed and refined LLM prompts for a clinical chatbot embedded in a hybrid care model combining live therapy and asynchronous support. Ensured CBT-aligned outputs that improved patient engagement and clinical relevance.
Blueprint AI – Led prompt design for an AI-powered clinical documentation tool, improving clinical accuracy and provider usability. Collaborated with product, engineering, and design to ensure alignment with best practices.
